What you enter in the request form: name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp, details of your requirement or company, and any file you upload. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why

To review your enquiry, assess sourcing options and follow up where relevant.

Who sees it

Submissions are received through Netlify, our hosting and forms provider, which may process data outside Morocco. Details of a requirement may be shared with suppliers, inspectors or other parties only where needed to work on it. Company and commercial information is handled according to the agreed engagement and applicable requirements.

Retention

Kept as long as needed for the enquiry and related business records.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, as provided by applicable law, including Moroccan Law 09-08. Write to sourcing@oceanicatrade.com.
